Title:CT Technologis
Location: Zeeland, MI
Duration: 3+ Months (Strong Possibility of Extension)
Shift Details: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 Hours Per Day - Weekend Required)

The CT Technologist provides healthcare services by performing cross-sectional CT imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images for interpretation, and providing compassionate patient care. The role also involves acting as a resource for peers and maintaining equipment and work environments.

• Verify and document patients’ clinical history

• Perform patient identification and order verification

• Prepare and instruct patients for procedures

• Operate CT equipment and select appropriate technical factors

• Administer contrast media or medications as needed

• Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, upload to PACS

• Schedule and coordinate patient procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and report equipment issues

• Participate in safety initiatives and complete required competencies

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education:

• Associate’s Degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications (Required Upon Hire unless noted):

• ARRT Certification – Radiographer (R)

• ARRT Certification – Computed Tomography (CT) (Required within 1 year)

• BLS Certification – AHA or ARC.
  
  Required Experience:
  Technologist will be responsible for performing both CT and X-ray. CT equipment: GE Lightspeed, X-ray equipment: Siemens Ysio Max and Siemens Luminos Agile Max.
