Pay Range:  Up to $2700 weekly


Schedule: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm

 Job Summary:

• The Registered Respiratory Therapist I (RT-I) is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing disorders. Working under the direction of a licensed physician, the RT-I administers all forms of respiratory care and supervises respiratory therapy technicians.
• This role requires EPIC experience and active licensure in the state of New York.

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures and cardio-respiratory diagnostics
• Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise and support respiratory therapy technicians
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and clinical protocols
• Participate in annual competency assessments

• License: Active NYS Registered Respiratory Therapist license (Required)
• Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (Required); AHA ACLS (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Required)
• Education: Associate’s or higher degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Systems Knowledge: EPIC EMR (Required)
