Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Range: $22/hr on W2

The Repack-Label Technician Level 1 is responsible for repackaging and labeling products in compliance with company and customer requirements. This role works closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, follow instructions precisely, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Repackage products according to established guidelines and customer specifications.

• Accurately label products, ensuring all information is correct and legible.

• Conduct quality control checks to meet company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Identify and report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Complete required documentation and production logs accurately and on time.

• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic math skills (counting and measuring).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods.

• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting.

• Exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and odors.
