Contract: 1 Year (Possibility of Extension)
Summary
You provide project management of Atellica CI implementations for non-automation sites.
You support portfolio conversion projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. (Projects will be managed from pre-sale through customer go-live process ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved)
You lead all Client and customer activities on IDN/consolidator & multi-site implementation in assigned projects.
You coordinate conference calls and/or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.
You drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies, including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
You provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Client personnel or customers.
You influence without authority, in a matrix environment.
BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years work experience in project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.
Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people, maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.
