Job Description:
This resource will work in the lab daily to develop small molecule and oligonucleo Product drug substances and drug products by advancing innovative analytical technologies and establishing control strategies.
- The role will involve chromatographic method development, guided by Analytical Quality by Design (AQbD) principles and predictive models.
- Additionally, the resource is required to have a Master’s or Ph.D. degree, and you mentioned that you are open to considering candidates who are pursuing or have recently earned a Ph.D., as well as those with academic experience.
- The candidate should be familiar with Empower (Waters) and Chem Station (Agilent).
Skills Needed:
- Analytical techniques such as UV, HPLC/UPLC
- LCMS is must have.
- Small molecules/oligonucleoProducts.
- Software Knowledge: Empower (Waters) and Chem Station (Agilent).

Job Summary:
- The Analytical Development team is seeking a highly creative and self-motivated candidate to join us for a 6-month contract. This role will support the development of small molecule and oligonucleoProduct drug substance and drug product by developing innovative analytical technologies and establishing control strategies. This role will be responsible for chromatographic method development guided by analytical quality by design (AQbD) principles and predictive models.
- This position requires adequate knowledge in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and experience working in a laboratory environment. This position also requires adequate knowledge in analytical techniques such as UV, HPLC/UPLC, and LCMS.
Position Responsibility:
- With guidance from the manager, design, execute and document experiments.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods on the HPLC/UPLC systems.
- Design AQbD experiments and use the experimental data for model prediction of chromatographic separation.
- Test and analyze samples using HPLC/UPLC coupled with UV or MS detection.
- Analyze and interpret data/results; write technical reports; establish protocols, etc.
- Attend relevant meetings and seminars to learn the development of therapeutic small molecules/oligonucleoProducts.
