Shift: Mon- Fri (Available Shift Timings- 8:00am-4:30pm; 9:00am-5:30pm; 11:00am-7:30pm; 12:15pm-8:45pm)
Pay Range: $18 - $19/hr. on W2

Position Summary:
- Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls.
- Inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions so that our members better understand their coverage and options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to requests submitted to the Participant Services department
- Address inquiries submitted via mail, internal tasks, and escalate as appropriate
- Serve as the initial point of contact for members and Customer Care prior to pharmacist involvement
- Collaborate with departments such as Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, Claims Processing, and Eligibility to resolve member issues
- Work within multiple systems and queues to efficiently manage caseload and ensure resolution of open requests
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions and outcomes
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer interaction experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.)
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Patience, empathy, and strong customer service demeanor
- Experience with healthcare or pharmacy benefits (6+ months a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
