Job Description: Summarized Purpose:
Provides customer/team project support to eSolutions NA/EMEA Team for Supply Center and B2B integration projects.
Key responsibilities:
B2B - 2025 customer target list support
Customer eSolutions Inbox management
Support for Updating training decks
Smartsheet project management entry, sales meetings and Commercial QBRs
New project management scoping / completion tracking
General XLS support
Support for Marketing initiatives
Support for vetting Supply Center opportunities by managing the web form inquiries, leads from the Commercial team and prospect forms
Support for customer Value Model inquiries/presentation builds
Strategic account project support
Supply Center Stock list management - vetting SKUs, discussions with BAMs/PMs about compatible SKUs, determination on # of units based on SKUs, answering questions about capacity of units
Assistance with managing virtual supply center inquiries
Support for Supply Center Payment/Net Terms/Consolidated invoicing
Other admin tasks as required
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an e-commerce, digital or IT-related subject area required.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Self-motivated, positive attitude with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team or independently as required
Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Ability to effectively analyze and update project-specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional customer focus
Proficiency with MS Office,
Good critical thinking skills, including but not limited to critical mindset, in-depth investigation for appropriate root cause analysis and problem solving
Skills to work under pressure to meet project/client deliverables and timelines
