This role is a key contributor in integrating insights from multiple stakeholders (HCPs, Patients, Payers) across global and regional levels, particularly in Neurology and Rare Disease therapy areas.
You will collaborate cross-functionally across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Analytics teams. The role requires expertise in project management, primary/secondary research execution, and vendor oversight.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Market Research & Insights Lead to drive strategic decision-making through data-backed insights in support of asset value maximization and brand launch success. This role is a key contributor in integrating insights from multiple stakeholders (HCPs, Patients, Payers) across global and regional levels, particularly in Neurology and Rare Disease therapy areas.
You will collaborate cross-functionally across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Analytics teams. The role requires expertise in project management, primary/secondary research execution, and vendor oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end market research projects for early- and late-stage assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize key business questions.
- Identify existing insights and commission new primary/secondary research where needed.
- Synthesize findings and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Act as a thought partner to stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Access functions.
- Ensure research is compliant with SOP, PV obligations, and internal governance systems.
- Incorporate non-traditional insight sources (e.g., social listening, syndicated data).
- Partner with Analytics/Advanced Analytics teams to triangulate and enhance insights.
- Continuously champion best practices, new methodologies, and customer-centricity.
- Promote data reuse, insight sharing, and knowledge management across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in market research, insights, or analytics within the pharma/biotech industry (agency or client-side).
- Strong experience with Neurology and/or Rare Disease is highly preferred.
- Proven success in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience leading both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Strong background in vendor management and external agency oversight.
- Ability to triangulate data across various sources and make business-driven recommendations.
- Consulting background or experience supporting pipeline/early-stage assets is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill and present complex findings.
- Highly organized, outcome-driven, and motivated by impact.
