Job Summary:
- In this important role, you'll enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate processing of service-related activities while supporting our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
- You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, field service engineers, and internal departments, managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks that directly impact customer experience and business success.
- You'll process service orders, manage contracts, coordinate with field teams, and maintain critical customer data.
- Your role will be essential in supporting service delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth operations across our organization.
- You'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
