Job Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Rotational Saturdays, 6:00am - 12:30pm
Payrate: $19 - $23/ hr. on w2

Job Summary:
- The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company, providing a welcoming and professional experience for patients.
- This role involves drawing quality blood specimens, preparing samples for lab testing, and ensuring patient comfort and confidence throughout the process.
- The PSR I upholds high standards of safety, accuracy, and confidentiality while demonstrating leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily specimen collection and processing activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Provide high-quality patient care, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
- Collect blood specimens skillfully from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all specimen collections and related procedures.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and clean work environment.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
- Follow established practices and procedures for both clinical and forensic specimen collection.
- Exhibit flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting; 1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric specimen collection.
- Ability to provide accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical training (Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred).
- Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, and WA).
