Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: The Villages, FL
Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, rotational Saturdays
Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:
The PSR I is the face of the company, providing patient support by drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role requires clear communication, confidence, and accuracy while maintaining patient trust and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens safely and accurately

• Maintain a professional, safe work environment

• Keep accurate records and documentation

• Deliver excellent patient service with sensitivity and confidentiality

• Follow all procedures under supervisor guidance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Medical assistant/paramedic training preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Minimum 6 months experience in phlebotomy; 1+ years preferred

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Reliable transportation; punctuality and full shift attendance mandatory

• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime

• Candidates must live within a 20-25 minute commute of The Villages, FL
