Phlebotomist II - Float
Position: Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Rotational Saturday: 6:30 AM–10:30 AM
Environment: High-volume sites
Job Summary:
The PSR II is the face of our organization, responsible for collecting quality blood samples, ensuring proper specimen handling, and delivering exceptional patient service. This role involves working at multiple locations, including patient service centers and physician offices.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture (adult, pediatric, geriatric) safely and accurately

Verify patient identity and label specimens at collection site

Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality

Deliver superior customer service and uphold professional standards

Travel between locations as needed; mileage reimbursed between sites

Understand basic Spanish for patient communication
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years of phlebotomy experience required (including pediatric & geriatric)
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not public transport or rideshare)

Must live within 20–25 minutes of Miami job site (include city and commute time on resume)

Clean driving record
-
Flexible for schedule changes, OT, weekends, and holidays

Phlebotomy certification preferred
