Shift: Mon-Fri 600a-300pm & Mandatory Saturday rotation 7a-12p. 35-40 hours per week. No Overtime

Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is responsible for providing excellent patient care while performing blood draws and specimen processing for lab testing. They create a trusting environment by explaining procedures and ensuring safety and accuracy. The PSR I will maintain confidentiality, follow established protocols, and demonstrate leadership behaviors to deliver process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen processing (forensic and clinical) accurately and on time.

• Maintain a safe, professional environment.

• Keep detailed records and documentation.

• Promote a positive image of the company to patients, clients, and staff.

Requirements:

• Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric and geriatric) and ability to work independently.

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states).

• Minimum 6 months of experience in phlebotomy; 1+ years preferred.

• Customer service experience preferred.
