Education:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at a leading fragrance house. This role focuses on supporting the sales team by managing projects in our internal systems, coordinating sample requests, and facilitating customer communication. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless project execution and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Enter and maintain project details in the company s project management system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Track and monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, collaborating with internal departments to ensure alignment.
Coordinate and follow up on project-related tasks to ensure on-time completion.
Sample Coordination:
Manage sample requests, ensuring accurate preparation, packaging, and timely delivery to clients.
Maintain inventory of samples and communicate effectively with the lab or production teams to fulfill requests.
Customer Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to project timelines, sample status, and other requests.
Proactively provide updates to clients and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to support account activities, including preparing documentation and reports.
Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and other sales-related activities.
Administrative Duties:
Ensure all relevant documentation and project information is properly filed and accessible.
Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
