This role emphasizes patient trust, safety, and accuracy while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical and forensic blood draws accurately and safely.
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to standard procedures.
- Maintain required records, documentation, and data entry.
- Promote a positive patient experience and uphold organizational standards.
- Flexibly cover weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as required.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Education & Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred.
- Customer service experience in healthcare or retail preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and patient safety.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Temp Justification: Replacement to cover employee in interim role
