Executive Assistant

Duration: 04/27/2026 – 07/31/2026
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week, No on-call
Work Setting: Clinical Operations
Pay Range: $40-$44/hr.
Schedule Notes: This role will be supporting the Division Head of the department. We are looking a detailed oriented person, to manage heavy calendar appointments and coordination of meetings. This person needs to be detailed oriented and needs to have 3-5 years experience supporting a c-suite role. We are looking for a mature person who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. They need to have the ability to work independently and have a sense of sound judgement. Although this role requires a bachelor degree, a master degree is preferred.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior-level or C-suite executives
- Strong experience managing heavy calendars and coordinating meetings
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
