Job Description (Required): Role Summary: The candidate will join an interdisciplinary and highly collaborative team to support and advance our preclinical Client pipeline. The ideal candidate will have direct, hand-on experience performing in vitro cell-based assays.
Responsibilities:
Perform in vitro cell-based screening assays on ADCs and Client payloads
Data analysis and presentation of results
Provide general operational support for team, including inventory of common lab supplies, waste management, and maintenance of lab equipment
Comply with all safety training and good laboratory practices
Minimum Requirments:
Bachelor's degree in biology or related discipline
1-3 years of experience with cell culture and cell-based assays
Experience with experimental design and interpretation of results
Ability to use appropriate software to perform data analysis
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with personal computers, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant scientific software
Looking for Sr. Associate Scientist to Scientist level candidate, with hands-on experience performing cell-based assays, analyzing data, and performing general biology lab tasks.
Hard Skills:
1. Mammalian Cell Culture
2. In Vitro Assays
3. Cell-based assays
Preferred Skills:
1. Powerpoint/Excel/Word
2. Presentation of Data to internal stake holders
3. Familiarity with data systems (GraphPad Prism)
