Job Title: Complaint Technician
Job Location: Bothell, WA
Job Duration: 7-8 Months (possibility of extension)
Payrate: $25 - $30/ hr. on w2

Job Responsibilities:
- Helps to execute diverse complex tasks based on individual understanding and technical knowledge to support complaint return product processes.
- Assists in remedying complex return device malfunctions, helps to execute product quality inspection activities within the project Product.
- Works with limited supervision, escalating issues to superiors as needed and develops a substantial understanding of relevant regulations, requirements, and standards.
- Aids to implement process improvements, supports protocols, ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP) and good documentation practices (GDP).
- Provides support towards the execution of validation protocols and testing methods for new products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards as needed.
- Engages in continuous learning and on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge, and ensures quality of own work by conducting checks and taking responsibility for the accuracy of work.
- Adheres to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of used devices, hazardous materials, to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Escalates issues to superiors and participates in planning and priority settings within their area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent.
- Minimum required Experience: No prior experience required.
