Logistics Technician
Job Title: Logistics Technician
Location: Waltham, MA – 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $23.5/hr (W2)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Must-Have Skills:
-
Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory handling
-
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 60–90% of the day

Background in logistics, warehouse, retail, manufacturing, or similar environments
-
Strong time management and organizational skills
Job Summary:
The Logistics Technician supports the daily operations of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and lab support to meet customer expectations. This position reports to the Logistics Manager and plays a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship finished goods for both domestic and international orders

Print and apply shipping labels to manufactured components

Assemble components into finished goods and update stock in the inventory management system

Perform digital and physical inventory transactions including spot checks, warehouse transfers, issuance, and scrap requests

High school diploma or GED required

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, or a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, manufacturing, etc.)

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work standing 60–90% of the time

Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Physical ability to stand most of the day and lift boxes (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
