Shift: Work shift : Mon-Fri (6Am-3Pm) / Rotational Sat (6Am -10Am).

Job Description:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the face of the company to patients, whether they are seeking routine care or seeking critical health insights. The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing them for lab testing, strictly following established practices and procedures. This role requires direct patient interaction, where the PSR I ensures a safe, confident, and welcoming atmosphere by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws with skill, safety, and accuracy. The PSR I will demonstrate leadership behaviors while maintaining a focus on process excellence, confidentiality, and precision in patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of the area supervisor, complete daily tasks accurately and within set timelines.

• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment at all times.

• Confidently collect both forensic and clinical specimens and process them following the company s standard protocols.

• Accurately maintain records and documentation as required.

• Demonstrate commitment to the organization by promoting a positive image and providing excellent service to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

• Excellent phlebotomy skills, with experience in pediatric and geriatric care.

• Flexibility and availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.

• Preferred: Medical assistant or paramedic training.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Work Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience REQUIRED.

• Preferred: 1+ years of phlebotomy experience.

• Preferred: Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.

• Required: Keyboard/data entry experience.

Additional Job Details:

• Must include the home city on the resume; pay rate is based on years of direct experience as listed.

• Overlapping roles will not count multiple times.

• Reliable transportation to commute to and from the worksite without issues.

• Must be available to work the scheduled shift in its entirety.

• Candidates should be within a 20-25 minute commute of the physical work location to ensure timely arrival and coverage.
