Duration: 3 months+ (extension possible)
Shift: Day shift, flexible schedule
Work Environment: Patient Service Center, physician office, or other locations as needed
The Travel Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing and processing clinical and forensic specimens while creating a professional, compassionate environment for patients. This role requires travel to multiple sites, flexible scheduling, and strict adherence to safety, accuracy, and confidentiality standards.

The Travel Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing and processing clinical and forensic specimens while creating a professional, compassionate environment for patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection accurately and safely
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain accurate documentation
- Verify patient demographics and labeling in the patient’s presence
- Provide clear explanations of procedures and create patient trust and confidence
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and commitment to process excellence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Promote the company’s positive image to patients, clients, and colleagues
- Work independently under minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work error-free in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions using established procedures
- Flexible and willing to adapt to multiple locations, shifts, and business needs
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Work Schedule & Travel Requirements:
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations with minimal notice
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory
