Must Have:
Knowledge of alternative chemistries tried on Impress and why they failed.
Previous working experience at the Research Fellow or higher level.
Previous working experience with Client impress product and process design.
Nice To Have:
Mechanistic understanding of chemistry in a release system. Knowledge of approaches to screen chemistry alternatives for suitability to application. Skills to review and assess team s learning plan, prioritizing most viable options based on experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Must have a BS (MS, PhD) degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations.
Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques Producted in academic or industrial settings.
Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application.
Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to Product exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work
