Role Overview:
The Lab Support Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through labware cleaning, solvent preparation, inventory maintenance, and basic lab support tasks. This role ensures that laboratory workflows proceed without delays by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and proper documentation in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.

Role Overview:
The Lab Support Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through labware cleaning, solvent preparation, inventory maintenance, and basic lab support tasks. This role ensures that laboratory workflows proceed without delays by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and proper documentation in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute labware cleaning using regular and aseptic methods
- Organize and stock laboratory supplies and keep benches ready for production
- Prepare solvents and essential lab items to align with the production schedule
- Inspect glassware for damage; handle repairs or discards
- Operate lab equipment and measure materials as needed
- Maintain accurate batch records, inventory logs, and perform data entry
- Perform inventory counts and related transactions in business systems
- Adhere to internal document control and filing practices
- Support miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in laboratory or manufacturing settings preferred
- Strong attention to detail with time management in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn inventory and manufacturing software systems
Physical Requirements:
- Stand/walk for 6–7 hours per shift; move between buildings
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs
