Job Title – Nurse Manager - Patient Care Service
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)
Shift - 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Local Payrate – $70 to $100/hour on w2
Candidate must live 50 miles away
Travel Payrate
Overall weekly Gross: $4410.90
W2 per hour: $48
Weekly stipend: $2610.90
Pay rate: $117.62/hour with stipend (all inclusive)

Requirement:
- BLS, 3 years Nurse Manager, required in General Operating room
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- RN Active License
Job duties:
- Leads nursing practice using the tenets of the Professional Practice Model of Relationship Centered Care and the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing for the promotion of the patient experience
- Demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR) and role models expected behaviors.
- Ensures the integration of PHR into clinical activities to enhance Relationship Centered Care.
