Job Title: Cardiovascular | Cath Lab Technician
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 2 Months+ (Possible Extension)

Schedule: 1 pm - 9:30 pm 
Department: Cardiac Cath Lab
Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr. on W2 (Highly Negotiable)/

• STIPEND IS ALSO PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY.

Job Summary:

• The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist supports physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, recording intracardiac pressures, operating specialized equipment (e.g., A-Vox, IABP, power injectors), assisting with resuscitation efforts, and managing data and documentation.
• The role involves maintaining a sterile field, supplying necessary instruments, calibrating devices, and assisting with patient transport.
• The technologist also performs equipment checks, maintains lab supplies, and stays current with emerging technologies and procedures.

 
Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience
• RCIS Certification
