Job Title: Patient Services Representative II / Phlebotomist

Shift:08:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:
The PSR II represents the company to patients and is responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering excellent patient care. This role requires leadership, accuracy, and the ability to work independently across various settings, including Patient Service Centers and physician offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients

• Accurately label and verify specimens with patient involvement

• Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance with protocols

• Complete documentation and data entry with precision

• Ensure a professional and patient-friendly environment

• Travel to and cover multiple locations as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric (required)

• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced, high-volume settings

• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and travel

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Preferred:

• Medical assistant or paramedic training

• Experience in retail or healthcare customer service
