Location: Castle Rock, CO 80104
Duration: 3 months+
Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $25.00/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
- Serve as the face of the organization to patients visiting for routine checkups or critical diagnostic services.
- Collect quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Build patient trust, clearly explain procedures, and perform blood draws skillfully and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational tasks accurately and on time under supervisor direction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following established protocols.
- Verify patient identity and ensure correct specimen labeling in the patient’s presence.
- Keep accurate records and documentation.
- Promote a positive image of the company to patients, clients, and the public.
- Travel to and cover multiple work locations as needed, often on short notice.
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Ability to work accurately in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates superior customer focus and communication skills.
- Adapts well to change and supports continuous improvement.
- Follows all company policies including dress code, safety, and excellence standards.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts.
- Able to travel and work across multiple sites.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
Education & Certification:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Additional Notes:
- Training may occur at various locations depending on trainer availability.
