WBUR has embarked on a *** million comprehensive campaign that will enable us to invest in content, people and innovation. Over five years, our 26-person fundraising team is responsible for securing *** million in restricted gifts to support a variety of initiatives, in addition to *** million in unrestricted support.
WBUR s temporary Member Services Representative will play a critical role on the team in resolving donor concerns via phone and email. This includes fulfilling member benefits and updating payment information.
In this role, you will:
Work directly with donors by answering donor phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and assisting with donor payment updates.
Assist in donor record maintenance and member benefit fulfillment, including packaging donor gifts and mailing acknowledgement letters.
You will work in our Salesforce database and use Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications:
Experience with customer service via phone and email
Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
Organized and with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion and professionalism
Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is preferred but not required
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 03 Months (High Possible for Extension)
