Job Title: Graphic Production Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10018
Duration: 1+ Months (Possibilities of Extension)
Pay Rate: $25/hr. on W2
General Function:
Supports the SGHNA RISC Team overseeing visual merchandising for 1,500+ Sunglass Hut and partner locations. Manages print production, graphic inventory, campaign planning, and marketing visual guidelines. Role requires strong analytical skills, Excel expertise, and retail design knowledge to interpret visual campaigns and manage graphic inventory and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support urgent graphic requests including Billboard Projects and image tracking
- Maintain and update graphics, crop images, and promotional assets on tight timelines
- Upload and organize finalized graphics and maintain accurate job trackers
- Track graphic-related expenses and maintain records
- Manage job folders and ensure smooth project progress communication
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Data Analysis)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint for graphic layout support
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with the ability to handle complex, diverse projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally within retail or multi-brand environments
- Experience with large, complex spreadsheet data analysis
- Familiarity with multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
