ENTRY Phlebotomist I
Patient Services Representative I (Entry-Level)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 6 AM – 3 PM, Monday – Friday
Job Overview:
This is an entry-level role serving as the first point of contact for patients. You’ll greet and assist patients with care, manage the waiting area, and support check-ins via kiosks or tablets. You’ll also receive training in Phlebotomy and are expected to learn and perform specimen collection confidently.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment

Assist patients during check-in and explain procedures clearly

Maintain lobby organization and safety

Learn and perform Phlebotomy duties once trained

Keep accurate records and follow company policies
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1-2 years customer-facing experience (retail, home health, etc.)

Strong keyboard/data entry skills

Willingness to learn and perform Phlebotomy (mandatory)

Reliable transportation and punctuality essential

Must live within a 20-25 minute commute
