Description
- Candidates must be able to work 100% onsite at Cambridge Crossings. Mon - Fri, normal business hours
- Candidates must be agreeable with the $20/day parking fee at Cambridge Crossings.
MUST HAVE LIST:
Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or related fields.
3+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory.
Prior experience with spatial technologies or pathology/histology/IHC is preferred but not required.

Position Summary:
This position will be part of the Translational Development Team in Cambridge MA. The team deploys the high dimensional profiling tools such as spatial protein/RNA characterization to fill translational knowledge gaps relevant to our development pipelines. This role will support our team to answer key translational questions for our programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities include operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the latest generation Phenocycler Fusion and Visium; preparation of samples and reagents; and assistance in assay development and optimization.
- Operate and maintain the instruments.
- Prepare and manage reagents. Perform reagent validation. Prepare slides for analysis.
- Maintain an accurate record of samples and reagents. Maintain and organize the inventory.
- Perform routine data transferring.
- Assist in the development of new reagents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or related fields.
- Prior experience with spatial technologies or pathology/histology/IHC is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
- Ideal candidates will be quick learners and comfortable with new technologies and have excellent hands-on and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Skills for effective and timely communication with colleagues.
- A 3-5 years of lab related experience is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Contingent workers will be primarily in a laboratory environment and may work with hazardous materials, including tissue and blood samples.
