Job Description: 1st SHIFT
The Hours for this position are 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM Monday - Friday
Position Summary:
Lead change, empower self, build relationships, achieve goals, collaborate with diverse, engaged teams.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with FCS team to label and assemble clinical supplies accurately, ensuring precise label placement and documentation.
Accurately count out and prepare packaging supplies to ensure accurate accountabilities prior to and at the completion of a job order. Assist Quality Assurance personnel, Production Supervisors, and Line Leaders in staging and reconciliation of components as required.
Perform manual and automated filling and bottling of pharmaceutical products independently and approve in-process products at other stations.
Review batch paperwork and follow supervisor instructions to understand and perform the necessary packaging procedures required for assembly of each study.
Start, stop, and operate packaging machinery that fills, wraps, labels, or packs pharmaceutical products.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Ability to read, write, and complete basic mathematics calculations.
Hand-eye coordination, manual and finger dexterity, mindfulness, and the ability to do repetitive tasks and learn new ones with assistance from supervisors and fellow workers.
Dexterity and ability to perform various manufacturing/packaging operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extended periods of standing while working in rooms.
Exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 lbs. of force frequently to move objects.
Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as respirators and protective eyewear as required.
Allergies to specific drugs may disqualify individuals from performing these duties.
Requires Near Vision Acuity of at least 20/40 with corrected vision. Must have color vision and adjust focus.
Comments for Suppliers: The Hours for this position are 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM Monday - Friday. Overtime is expected frequently on Saturdays 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
