Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Shift: day shift


Job Description: The Business Analyst will assist in efforts to analyze market development opportunities for digital technologies and sales growth, and build tools generating insights, optimizations, recommendations and results. You will be responsible for diving into detail and finding out the story that can help to make business decisions. You will help to identify key data points, model information into value added insights, tracking needs, collect data and investigate data patterns across division and regions.

What will you do?

Analyze data to generate added value output which can be turn into impactful and communicate findings to the business.
Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze business needs and translate into functional design requirements.
Serve as the conduit between the business community and the software development team through requirements, design, testing and implementation.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to recommend business process and technical systems solution options.
Execute instructor-led training to a diverse audience.
Communicate with leadership to centralize information and share performances.
Participate in support function to resolve user related requests and execute operational excellence.
Comply with companys Global IT Policies & Procedures.
Perform other duties and project tasks as assigned.

How will you get here

Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field of study.
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application requirements.
Ability to assume and complete assignments independently and on time.
Strong project management skills and thorough understanding of project management lifecycle.
Strong skills in data analytics using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
Experience with business automation, SalesForce, SAP, and other CRM/EPR systems.
Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience through training.
Must be results driven with excellent attention to detail.
Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines within a matrix environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of global colleagues.

TOP SKILLS:

1. Advanced in data analytics and automation.
* Advanced in Microsoft Excel including Power Queries, tables, visuals.
* Advanced in PowerBI and data mapping large data sets.
* Expert in large data cleanup, analytics, trends, analysis, gaps, etc. - certification preferred.

2. Project Management around system infrastructure and training development.
* Infrastructure: manage projects around CRM and ERP standardization across different global teams.
* Main CRM systems: SalesForceDotCom (SFDC) and SAP - experience is a plus.
* Implement automation and Ai into business processes.
* Assist in developing a service training program across the division.
* Create training documents and execute training and workshops.
