Job Summary:
- Results-driven procurement professional with a strong focus on global logistics sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- This role primarily supports the Global Category Leads in developing and executing sourcing strategies across all Pharmaceutical business segments.
- Demonstrates a commitment to compliance and operational excellence, ensuring clear communication and precise guidance throughout sourcing activities.
- Skilled in fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to promote a positive and productive working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of sourcing strategies for logistics services across all Pharmaceutical business segments worldwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers to ensure high-quality performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all sourcing activities are conducted in alignment with Pharmaceutical’s compliance policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Promote a collaborative and respectful work culture among colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics sourcing, or category management.
- Experience with procurement and category management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution services.
