Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist I
Location: Lake Worth, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: 6:30 am- 3:30pm EST - Tue-Sat
Role:
Serve as the company’s patient-facing representative by providing skilled, safe blood draws and specimen preparation for lab testing. Build trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures and maintaining patient confidentiality. Demonstrate leadership and process excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate blood collection (forensic & clinical) and specimen processing.

Maintain safety, professionalism, and proper documentation.

Deliver excellent customer service and promote a positive company image.

Follow all procedures while working independently or under supervision.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant/paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred/required in certain states.

Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ years preferred.

Strong customer service, data entry, and communication skills.

Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Reliable transportation and punctuality essential.
