Job title:- Clinical Contracts Associate/ Vendor Outsourcing Associate II
Location:- Foster City, CA, Morris Plains, NJ , Raleigh, NC
Duration:- 12 Months+
Pay range:- $55 - $58/hr. on W2
Job Description:
- The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing contract lifecycle for following types of contracts:
Primary Responsibility
- Clinical Consulting Agreements
- Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)
Secondary Responsibility/Back up Support:
- Letters of Authorization (LoAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
- Other contracts as identified, as needed
- Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
- Drafting and negotiation of contract terms
- Ensuring compliance with client/Vendor Outsourcing process requirements
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts
- Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contracts within company systems
Ideal candidate characteristics include:
- Has a strong work ethic and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Is structured, well organized and process oriented
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Complies with required processes in a regulated environment
- Comfortable interacting with internal (clinical, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, healthcare professionals)
- Has deep understanding of contracting knowledge, including contract structure and format
- Proficiency in legal language and contractual terms
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Candidate Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years Industry experience preferred
