Position: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Bradenton, FL
Shift: Tues–Fri 10 AM–2 PM, Sat 7 AM–11 AM
Duration: 3 months

Role Overview:
The PSR I is the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and performing accurate blood draws for lab testing. This role requires creating a trusting environment, explaining procedures clearly, and handling specimens safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw and prepare blood specimens following established procedures.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Ensure a safe, professional environment for patients and staff.

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and promote a positive image of the company.

• Work independently and on time, with flexibility for schedule changes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant/paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• Minimum 6 months experience in phlebotomy; 1+ year preferred.

• Strong customer service, keyboard, and data entry skills.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

• Ability to work pediatric and geriatric patients.

Additional Notes:

• Must live within ~20–25 minutes of Bradenton, FL.

• Candidates must be flexible for shifts, on-call, and overtime.
