Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/ CRT)
Location: Morristown, NJ – 07960
Initial Duration – 3 months+ (High possibilities of Extension)

Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM/ 7 AM – 7 PM

Pay Range:
Local Pay: $55 - $62/hr. on w2 (Negotiable)


Note:

• Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility
• Other locations available in NJ.
• Local/Travel Contracts available in multiple departments in all states.

 
Job Summary:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide direct patient care services with specific emphasis on pulmonary function testing and initiation of CPAP devices; support requests for continued supply of durable medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators and nebulizers; assist in training on use of inhalers; set up patients with DME equipment; work closely with physicians.
 
Required Skills & Experience:

• 1 year hospital or physician office experience
• NICU/PICU exp is a requirement
• Computer literacy

 
Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.

 
Required Certifications & Licensure:

• BLS AHA.
• ACLS.
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multistate compact license.
• Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license and Registered Respiratory Therapist is required.
