Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Shift:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern)

• Saturday: 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  Duration: 3+ months (contract)

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is responsible for providing professional, safe, and accurate blood collection services while delivering excellent patient care. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient confidentiality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical and forensic blood draws following established procedures

• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Create a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for patients

• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and organizational commitment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and data entry skills

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed

• Reliable personal transportation required

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of the worksite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training

• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, and WA)
