Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II
Location: Woodland, CA
Job Duration: 10 months+
Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Experience in FDA-regulated environments
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and working in cleanroom environments

Manufacturing Tasks:
- Manufacture products in cleanroom settings according to company procedures and cGMP standards.
- Perform quality inspections on materials and products.
- Operate inside Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanrooms and other controlled environments.
- Complete batch records accurately and on time.
- Monitor equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure cleanliness.
- Package and label products according to company standards.
- Report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Contribute to revisions of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure they remain compliant with GMPs.

Physical Demands:
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
- Use protective gear such as gloves, eyewear, and freezer jackets as needed.
- Work in cleanroom environments with hazardous chemicals, wearing appropriate PPE.
- Responsible for ongoing personal training documentation and assisting with training others.
- Special assignments and other tasks as required.
