Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: North Dartmouth, MA
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Rotating Saturdays 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Duration: 4 months
Pay Rate: $21/hour

Job Description:
The PSR I is the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a safe and positive experience while drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role involves interacting with patients, explaining procedures, and providing excellent care in a confidential and accurate manner.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong independent work ethic with minimal supervision.

• Excellent phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric).

• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• Minimum 6 months experience; 1+ years phlebotomy preferred.

• Customer service experience and keyboard/data entry skills required.
