Job Title: Clinical Learning Facilitator
100% Remote (Client, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, MS, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, SC, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI)
What is the typical schedule/shift going to be (i.e., 8am 5pm)? 8am-5pm in their time zone.
Is this a temp to hire position? No
Potential for extension? Are they expecting longer than 3 months?
Currently, we are projecting approximately five months, through mid-October.
Dual monitors and docking station
Are there specific systems that are preferred or required for these roles?
They will be training care managers how to navigate and document in an electronic medical record, Clinical Care Advance (CCA).
Will they receive formal training on the materials they are expected to deliver?
Yes, we will have them attend New Employee Orientation to observe/learn what they will be teaching and pair them with another trainer for additional mentoring.
Will these be supporting a specific department in a specific state or training Case Managers/Care Managers all across the U.S.?
Our team supports clinical training for the entire enterprise.
Therefore, they will be training care managers across many different states.
Some may be dedicated to the upcoming FL CMS new employee orientation onboarding which will be primarily CMs based in FL.
Delivers training programs for clinical staff across the enterprise to orient employees to Client's clinical methodology, policies, processes, and systems.
Ensures Client clinical team members are positioned to improve quality, control medical costs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Facilitates and manages classes, adapting to trainee skill level, specific backgrounds, changing priorities, and operating environments as needed.
Training includes clinical new employee orientation, implementations, partnerships on clinical initiatives, technical/system initiatives, and optimization efforts.
Must Have Skills:
Training facilitation skills, care management background, preferred MCO experience, tech savvy and comfortable navigating electronic medical records.
Comfortable training in a virtual environment.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Facilitate new employee orientation for clinical staff, including clinical training on clinical policies, procedures, workflow and applications.
Monitors learner engagement, attendance, and participation during training sessions.
Required Years of Experience:
At least 2 years of CM experience and 1 year of training experience
Required Licensure / Education:
Preferred RN or Clinical Social Worker
