Job Title: Clinical Learning Facilitator
100% Remote (Client, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, MS, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, SC, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI)

Summary:
Delivers training programs for clinical staff across the enterprise to orient employees to Client's clinical methodology, policies, processes, and systems.
Ensures Client clinical team members are positioned to improve quality, control medical costs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines. Facilitates and manages classes, adapting to trainee skill level, specific backgrounds, changing priorities, and operating environments as needed.
Training includes clinical new employee orientation, implementations, partnerships on clinical initiatives, technical/system initiatives, and optimization efforts.

Must Have Skills:
Training facilitation skills, care management background, preferred MCO experience, tech savvy and comfortable navigating electronic medical records. Comfortable training in a virtual environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Facilitate new employee orientation for clinical staff, including clinical training on clinical policies, procedures, workflow and applications. Monitors learner engagement, attendance, and participation during training sessions.

Required Years of Experience:
At least 2 years of CM experience and 1 year of training experience

Required Licensure / Education: Preferred RN or Clinical Social Worker
