Job Title: Pattern Engineer 3
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Duration: 9 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Focus: Pattern Making & Adjustments (FTE leave coverage for Women’s Golf, support in Tennis)

Focus: Pattern Making & Adjustments (FTE leave coverage for Women’s Golf, support in Tennis)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create patterns from scratch and adjust existing patterns for women’s athletic wear.
- Ensure patterns meet functional and aesthetic requirements, including athlete-facing considerations.
- Collaborate with design, product development, and merchandising teams to maintain brand standards.
- Apply deep knowledge of garment construction, primarily for knits; wovens experience is a plus.
- Maintain accurate records of pattern adjustments and modifications using relevant tools.
Portfolio Requirements:
- Demonstrates pattern-making expertise and problem-solving for complex designs.
- Includes previous work examples that highlight experience with women’s athletic wear and functional garments.
- Shows ability to represent the brand and support athlete-facing product development.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Designer in pattern making or pattern adjustments.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction for knits (wovens knowledge also acceptable).
- Ability to start patterns from scratch and adjust existing patterns.
- Comfortable working with athlete-facing functional designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in performance wear, outerwear, dresses, and skirts.
- Familiarity with PDM, PCX, PLM, or web-based record-keeping tools for pattern adjustments and commenting.
