Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: West Bend, WI 53095
Duration: 3 Months+ (Potential to extend or convert to FTE)

Shift: 2nd
Schedule: Thursday (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Friday (12:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Saturday (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
No Weekends Required | No On-Call | Not a Float Position
Job Summary:

• Performs MRI studies under radiologist direction and senior technologist oversight
• Operates MRI and related equipment; prepares scan room, equipment, supplies, and medications
• Maintains and archives patient images and associated data
• Acts as a resource for MRI-related technical issues and demonstrates protocol competency
• Engages with imaging staff, nursing, physicians, patients, and visitors
• Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated competence in IV insertion and contrast injection
• Ability to assimilate new procedures into workflow

• Graduate of a JCERT-approved two-year radiologic technology program
• Successful completion of a cross-sectional anatomy class
• Preferred: Two- or four-year degree in radiologic technology, healthcare, business, or related field

• ARRT registered
• ARRT-MR certification required within 18 months of hire
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Preferred: WI Radiologic Technologist license (required only if performing CT, general radiography, or ionizing radiation procedures)
