Location: Waco, TX
Duration: 3 Months + (Possible Extension)
Assignment Type: Travel | Temp
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8s, Monday–Friday)
On-Call: Required (every 4–6 weeks)
Interview Type: Phone/Virtual
Pay Rate/hr: $68.10
Weekly Gross: $2724.05 (all-inclusive)
Weekly Per diem: Yes (only for travelers)
Client’s Requirement: ARRT, MRT, BLS (AHA only)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience
Specialty: Imaging / X-Ray
Skills: Fluoro, OR imaging, trauma cases, and portable exams
Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist, under the general supervision of a Radiologist, performs diagnostic radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as ordered by a physician or licensed provider, following established protocols for the diagnosis of disease and injury.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiologic procedures in a timely manner according to established exam protocols.
- Provide imaging services across multiple settings, including Fluoroscopy, OR (C-Arm, O-Arm), trauma, and portable imaging.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring correct positioning, exposure settings, and patient comfort.
- Utilize AIDET principles to communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring accurate patient identification and exam verification.
- Maintain radiation safety standards, including dose monitoring and adherence to reference levels.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, sterile technique, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and imaging data in accordance with departmental policies.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and reporting issues to management as needed.
