Project Title: Sr. HR Representative
Project Duration: 8 Months Contract with Possible Extension
Project Location: Skaneateles, NY
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support HR team in implementing function HR plans and programs (salary step progressions, data analytics)
2. Proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies and practices and key HR programs on an as needed basis.
3. Works independently to resolve straightforward ER issues and helps resolve moderately complex ER issues.
5. Data management responsibilities to include processing workflow changes in Workday, audits of data, data uploads and data correction workflows.
6. Maintain measurement systems and analyze data to determine the impact of HR programs.
7. Makes recommendations to management based upon analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Disciplined action and execution, ability to drive operational excellence, promote teamwork, communicate effectively.
2. Ability to build strong relationships with strong technology application and analytical skills.
Education and/or Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. 3-5 years of professional human resource experience
3. Data Analytics Skills
4 Experience with Workday a plus
