Job Location: Mississauga, Canada (with global teams in Switzerland and the U.S.)

Job Summary:
-
Manage end-to-end distribution of clinical trial materials to ensure timely delivery to over 600 trials across a global network of 24 depots, supporting Client’s clinical supply chain and patient-focused mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time delivery of clinical inventory worldwide.
- Participate in cross-functional teams (PETs, gSETs) and lead distribution-related meetings.
- Resolve operational and system issues impacting delivery.
- Coordinate network depot supplies with Clinical Demand and Supply Leaders.
- Drive process improvements and projects within global distribution strategy.
- Maintain accuracy in the CLARA system and perform system diagnostics.
- Operate within GMP compliance and handle quality incidents, CAPAs, and changes.
Required Education, Experience & Certification/ License:
- 3–5 years in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Strong SAP/IT systems and diagnostics ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Certifications such as APICS, SCOR, or Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.
- Experience in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile environments.

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to People Coach (Line Manager) and Study Management Chapter Lead (Functional), with deputies sharing responsibilities.
- This role is critical in ensuring that no patient misses treatment due to supply delays, and supports Client’s growing global clinical distribution network.
