Job Description:
The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, ensuring the successful implementation of policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Required:

• Experience in Acute care and psychiatric in healthcare setting.
• Associate’s degree Required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferably two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably acute care/behavioral health hospital setting.
• Must be able to maintain and handle confidential documents and information.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
