Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift:Monday-Friday w/ Rotational Saturday 6am-3pm and 6am-10am every 3rd Saturday.

Overview:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the front-line contact for patients, responsible for collecting quality blood samples, ensuring accurate specimen processing, and delivering excellent patient care. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, a focus on safety, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain procedures clearly and compassionately

• Perform blood draws (clinical and forensic) safely and accurately

• Prepare and label specimens for lab processing

• Ensure patient confidentiality and data accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Document all procedures and maintain compliance with protocols

• Represent the company positively to patients and the public

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• 6+ months experience in phlebotomy (Required); 1+ year preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills

• Excellent customer service and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime)

• Reliable personal transportation (bus/rideshare not accepted)

• Punctuality and attendance are strictly enforced
